The entity  is the merging of existing and extensive corporate resources, capital and expertise of businesses already involved across the full spectrum of civil, mining, earthmoving, construction & property development, hospitality management and community leadership.  Ironstone also has networks of industry partners, key contacts and highly respectful relationships with people across all levels of commerce, industry and government.

Ken has extensive experience in corporate business development, participating with other professional organisations, developing and maintaning contracts, integrating contract requirements with business operations, project management and mining services. Former VFL/AFL player and coach.

Mark Stewart
Chairman

Mark is the owner of Classic Contractors, a registered building and painting organisation. With broad business acumen, Mark is responsible for overseeing all facets of the operation and staff, he provides a wealth of knowledge and brings decades of experience in the building, painting and construction divisions to this venture. Mark is a WA business news young entrepreneur buisnessman of the year 40 under 40 recipient.

Lloyd Marchesi
CFO

Lloyd Marchesi has been a Chartered Accountant since 1956. At Lloyd's retirement in 1977, there were 32 Francis Jones and Associates employees making it the largest Accounting Firm in Fremantle. Lloyd retired to devote his time to managing investments he's since accumulated for the past 33 years and he continues to develop these many businesses.

Con Tripi
Director

Con is Managing Director of his own building company Imperial Homes Pty Ltd and has over 25 years experience in the building and construction industry (both private and commercial) which is highly regarded in the niche market of designing and building exclusive homes. Holding a diploma in Building, Con has extensive experience in corporate business development, property development, evaluations, subdivisions and construction.

Laurie Cassisi
Director

Having started out in the transport and quarrying industries in 1985 with Bell Basic Industries and then Boral Construction Materials until 1994 when Laurie was seconded by BGC to commence BGC Asphalt and streamline the allocation at The Lakes Quarry. From 1998 to Oct 2010, Laurie's been the Managing Director of his own company, most recently renamed Mineral Haulage & Earthmoving and employing over 60 contractors.

 

Stephen Rhode
Director

An experienced Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary, Stephen has more than 20 years commercial, financial and corporate advisory experience gained with large listed companies including 12 years working with large international accounting firms of KPMG and Price Waterhouse Coopers. Since 2005, he has operated a private consultancy business providing corporate, taxation, accounting and Company secretarial services. Stephen also provides ASIC, ASX, ATO compliance and counsel for small and large private and listed companies.

Richard Chapman
Director

For over 25 years, All Excavator Hire has been operating under the control of Richard Chapman, with a skilled workforce, experienced in a variety of commercial areas including demolition, mining and road works (bridge preparation and repair a specialty), completing most projects on time, usually ahead of time and under budget.

Wayne Sanders
Director

Wayne established S & L Demolition and Salvage in 1978, which saw him President of the Demolition Association and a Member of Regulatory Review Committee for WorkSafe WA and a member of the Master Builders Association. Wayne is also the Director of Waste stream management which covers various operations including waste distribution, crushing aggregate and limestone for road base and recycling.
